About the Ifa Foundation
Founded in 1982, the Ifa Foundation is one of the longest-established organizations in the United States dedicated to the preservation, teaching, and practical application of the ancient wisdom of Ifá and the Òrìṣà traditions. For more than four decades, we have served a worldwide community of students, practitioners, spiritual seekers, and families who come from across the United States and around the globe to study, heal, and deepen their spiritual lives.
Our mission is to bridge the timeless teachings of Ifá with the realities of modern life—helping people discover their life's purpose, cultivate excellent character (Ìwà Pẹ̀lẹ́), strengthen their relationship with their Orí (higher consciousness), honor their ancestors, and walk in harmony with the Òrìṣà.
What We Offer
Education
The Ifa Foundation provides comprehensive educational programs that range from introductory classes to advanced priestly training. Our curriculum includes the study of the sacred Odù Ifá, the Òrìṣà, ancestral traditions, ceremonies, divination, meditation, ethics, and practical spiritual development.
Healing Center
Our Healing Center offers transformational experiences that integrate traditional Ifá wisdom with contemporary approaches to emotional, spiritual, energetic, and personal healing. Through spiritual consultations, divination, ceremonies, retreats, initiations, and individualized guidance, we help people restore balance, reconnect with their authentic selves, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
Spiritual Empowerment Tools
For more than forty years, the Ifa Foundation has designed and created unique Spiritual Empowerment Teaching Tools that help individuals actively engage with their spiritual practice. These sacred tools are handcrafted and developed to support meditation, prayer, healing, ancestor connection, Òrìṣà devotion, and personal transformation.
Our collection includes consecrated spiritual tools, educational materials, ritual supplies, and transformational resources that assist individuals in integrating the wisdom of Ifá into their daily lives.
